I’ve always heard that you can tell a lot about a person by the type of cell phone they use, but never did I imagine that the phone could dictate how much action they were getting in the bedroom.

Well over the weekend, I came across an article on good ole’ Cosmopolitan magazine that has provided me with some new information that I think we all will be surprised to see.

According to Cosmo, OKCupid.com polled 10,000 30 year olds and results showed:

iPhone users are surely getting in where they fit in. Females have had an average of 12.3 partners and males have an average of 10.

Blackberry users aren’t as big of “Mac’s” but they aren’t doing too bad themselves. Females have had an average of 8.8 partners and males have an average of 8.1.

Androids come last in the ranking, but I don’t think they’re complaining. Females have had an average of 6.6 partners and ales have an average of 6.

Although the survey was conducted with only 30 year olds, further research proves these rankings are true for young professionals between the ages of 18-40. Now not only will we have to observe the body language of a potential partner, but also the make of their phone. Great! The dating game just got that much easier.

After reading this, I’m reminding myself to watch out for guys with iPhones. However, it makes me wonder, what is  it about an iPhone that either makes you more desirable or your appetite for sex increase?

Maybe I need to do some field research and find out myself.
