According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, a forte’is a strong point and Gilbere Forte’ is an appropiate embodiement of that definition. 

Gilbere (\jil-bear\) is a new up and coming artist who has realized early in his career that no one wants to give you a chance because there are already 10+ people doing the exact same thing as he is. Taking that into consideration, Gilbere knew that he had to take a different approach in his musical endeavours.

As a rapper, he focuses on all aspects of his music from writing to song sequence, but most importantly, he  focuses on making his music a true reflection of his experiences. Inspired by Sade and film scores, Gilbere says, “The music proves worldly and limitless and is the soundtrack to my movie which is my life.”

As an artist ‘On the Rise’ Gilbere recognizes the importance of creating a brand for himself. Utilizing his personal website, www.gilbereforte.com, Facebook and Twitter, Gilbere also uses his friends and supporter to aid him in texting, emailing, and spreading the word about his music.

Aside from his music, Gilbere also enjoys brand consulting, cooking and developing a greater appreciation for nature. His favorite word is sky because, “There isn’t a limit to how far you can actually go.”

With his current project, 87 Dreams currently making moves to iTunes and to everyone’s ears, there’s no reservation in saying that Gilbere Forte’ will have a long and strong career ahead of him.
