January 17, 2011 marks 25 years that Martin Luther King Day has been recognized as a holiday.
Many people take this special day for granted and just look at it as a day off of work. Yet, this national holiday honoring Dr. King’s birthday is an occasion for us to celebrate and reflect on his powerful legacy. This year, take time to honor the man who paved the way for the America that we love today.
